It does the work. You make the calls.

SecondDesk takes the attention work around your job and brings back only what needs a person.

  1. Step 1: It runs the routine.

Autopilot sorts mail, files what's done, preps meetings and protects focus time. Every action is logged with Undo.

  2. Step 2: It brings you the calls.

Replies, nudges and updates are drafted into one Review queue, each with the reason. Approve in a tap, even from your phone.

  3. Step 3: You set the limits.

Three lanes decide how far each action may go. Sensitive people and topics always stay with you.

Automate the attention. Approve the output.

Every action SecondDesk takes runs in one of three lanes. You decide how far each part of your day may go. When in doubt, the stricter lane wins.

  • Green

    Runs on its own

Reversible, stays in your account, always logged with Undo.

  • Yellow

    Drafted, then you approve

Parked in one Review queue. Nothing leaves without your approval: per item, or under a standing approval you set.

  • Red

    Never automated

Prep and an alert. No action buttons, ever.

Try it: what would SecondDesk do?

YellowReply to Carla at Acme about pricing

SecondDesk will: Draft it and park it in Review. Nothing goes out until you approve.

Why: Client domain (acme.com). Sensitive items always go to Review.

Batch approve: never

Questions, answered.

Will Autopilot do things I didn't approve?

Only routine, reversible work inside your account, or choices you pre-approved with a standing approval or rule. Each one is logged with Undo. Anything that leaves your account, and anything sensitive, waits for you.

Will SecondDesk send emails or messages as me?

Not on its own. Replies, nudges and updates are drafted into your Review queue. Nothing leaves without your approval: per item, or under a standing approval you set for narrow, internal cases. Your own words send when you press Send, with a few seconds to Undo.

Does the notetaker talk in meetings?

No. The Stand-in joins as a clearly labeled notetaker, records and transcribes, and never speaks or types for you.

Can I undo what it does on its own?

Yes. Every automatic action is reversible, logged in Activity and comes with one-click Undo.

Is it free?

Free during early access. At launch, plans start at $12 a month billed annually, and we'll tell you before anything is billed.
